We collect your name, email address, and your child's IEP document when you submit an intake form. Payment information is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card details.
Your child's IEP is used solely to generate your report and is not retained, sold, or shared with any third party. Your email is used to deliver your report and send follow-up educational information.
Our reports are generated using artificial intelligence analyzing your child's IEP against federal IDEA standards. ClearIEP provides educational information only — not legal advice.
Your name and email are retained for customer service purposes. Your child's IEP is not stored after your report is generated. Email hello@cleariep.ai to request deletion of your data.
We use Stripe for payments, Jotform for intake forms, Brevo for email delivery, and Netlify for hosting. Each has its own privacy policy.
We use Google Analytics to understand site usage and Google Ads to measure advertising performance.
