ClearIEP provides AI-powered document preparation and educational information for parents of children with IEPs. All reports are generated using artificial intelligence.
ClearIEP provides educational information and document preparation only. Nothing we produce constitutes legal advice and no attorney-client relationship is created. For legal representation, consult a qualified special education attorney.
Our reports are generated by AI analyzing your child's IEP against IDEA standards. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. We make no warranty that reports are complete, accurate, or suitable for your specific situation. Verify any information before acting on it.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. If you are not satisfied with your report, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@cleariep.ai and we will make it right.
You agree to provide accurate information and use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not resell or redistribute our reports without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearIEP and Iannacito Enterprises Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service at issue.
